Human bodies are made up of cells. They keep growing and dividing themselves as and when the body requires them, when they get old or damaged, they die and new cells are formed in their place. When there is a genetic change in this orderly process is when the cancer begins, these cells start to grow uncontrollably. These cells form a mass which is what we call as tumour.
